The City of Englewood Parks Division administers the Commemorative Bench Program for all benches that are placed in Englewood parks, open space or at the Broken Tee Golf Course.
A formal application must be completed by the donor. Anyone wishing to donate a memorial bench must submit a completed and signed application. Upon receipt of donors application, a parks staff representative will contact you to discuss the specifics for your memorial bench. Park staff will work with the donor to determine the bench location and desired wording for the plaque to be placed on the bench. Once bench style, location and wording for plaque have been decided, the Parks Division will purchase and install the bench within three months of payment.
