Grant-funded bicycle route improvements
With the help of federal grant funding, Englewood participates in the "Communities Putting Prevention to Work" program aimed at helping prevent obesity. This grant funding allowed us to expand bicycle routes throughout Englewood and improve regional trail connections. In addition, neighborhood bicycle routes were added to provide connections to local schools and new signage was added across the community.
