The Fitness Center at Malley includes new Technogym equipment designed to be senior-friendly with easier adjustments and greater weight stack variability. - Fitness training classes Monday-Thursday from 8am- 11pm
Fitness Orientations are offered to introduce users to the equipment, including how to adjust each piece to fit you properly and correct exercise techniques. Upon completion of an orientation, you may utilize the Fitness Room during drop-in time. Please check in at the front counter by showing your fitness pass.
Proper Attire We recommend you wear loose fitting clothing like sweat-pants and t-shirts that do not restrict your movement as you exercise. Athletic shoes are a must! Wearing proper shoes ensures you have adequate sole cushion, good heel support, and sufficient sole flexibility to keep you comfortable and safe while exercising.
