The Englewood Recreation Center gymnasium is available for reservations for practices and games for a wide variety of sports and activities.

Our gymnasium is the ideal location for youth and adult athletic practices, active birthday parties, and more!

Gymnasium Overview

Englewood Recreation Center gymnasium hosts:

• One 50 x 84-foot basketball court
• Two 50 x 42-foot basketball courts
• Two 59 x 29-foot volleyball courts*

*Volleyball standards available upon request and must be set up and taken down by user group.

Capacity

• Full Gymnasium: Accommodates up to 558 guests
• Half Gymnasium: Accommodates up to 279 guests. 

Pricing

• $99/hr for full gym rental*
• $49.50/hr for half gym rental*

* Resident discount available.

Reservations

Gymnasium reservations are required for all formal and scheduled practices and games for both for-profit and formal non-profit organizations.

• Gym reservations require a 1 hour minimum.
• A Gym permit is mandatory for all reservations.
• Groups must have a Certificate of Insurance.

Requests will be subject to staff approval. Upon approval, payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Your reservation is not finalized until you receive confirmation of your payment.

There is an additional fee of $35 per hour for any rentals that occur outside of operating hours.

Both setup and breakdown time must be included in the rental.

Gym Rental Guidelines

• Requests can be made up to 72 hours prior to the requested date.

• Reservations are refundable when cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the reservation.
