Public Internet Computers

• Workstations provide access to the internet and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sessions are 2 hours per day for Full, Limited and Computer Access library cards.
• Guest passes are available for 30-minute sessions.

Computers in the Technology Lab

The Technology Lab is primarily for classes and general instruction led by library staff. Outside of scheduled classes and programs, the public may utilize the Technology Lab in the following manner:

• A current Library Card number must be provided to reserve a spot in the Technology Lab (Full, Limited, or Computer Access cards will be allowed; no guest passes).
• Usage of computers is a maximum of 180 minutes, no extensions.
• Users understand that walking away from their session for more than 15 minutes will result in the workstation being automatically logged out and the session forfeited.
• Work must be saved on an external device or Cloud Drive, as files cannot be saved to the library workstations.
• You can request an external web camera for our tech lab computers. Tech lab computers do not have a built-in web camera.
• Food and drink are not allowed in the Technology Lab.

Printing/Copying/Scanning

• Printing is available from public computer workstations with a cost of $0.10 per page in black and white and $0.50 a page in color.
• Scanning is free of charge but does require a flash drive to save scans.
• Printing from personal laptops or other mobile devices is also available for the same costs by following the below instructions:
  • Via a web browser: Wireless Printing
  • Upload file to print
  • Accept terms and conditions
  • Press Green Continue Button
  • Enter email address to access documents from Print Release Station
  • Visit library to Access Print Release Station and Pay if necessary to collect documents
