Download the Contest Design Template here or pick up a print copy at the Englewood Public Library. All designs must adhere to the height and width proportions of the Library card and keychain. The actual card dimensions are 3 3/8" wide x 2 1/8" high; the keychain measures 2 5/8" wide x 1 1/8" high.

The template file will print out larger than the actual card dimensions. This will make it easier for those creating their design directly on the template to include details in their artwork. The Library will scan and scale down the artwork to fit the actual size of the card when we receive your submission.

You may recreate the template on your home computer, but you must keep the dimensions the same to ensure the entirety of your design will fit on the card.

Accepted file types are: .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .pdf.

All submissions are due by June 30, 2025.
