Tee times MUST be cancelled or modified 24 hours in advance.  If your tee time was booked online, the cancellation or modification MUST be done online. Cancelling or modifying your reservation in a timely manner allows others the opportunity to book a time if they would like to play. 

All times NOT cancelled or modified within the 24-hour window will be charged the full reservation fee on both the Championship and Par 3 courses.  The credit card used to make the booking will be charged.  If credit card information is not available and a consistent pattern is seen, online booking privileges may be revoked.

To secure your tee time, a credit card is required for booking. Please note, only the advanced reservation fees for tee times booked outside of 8 days are pre paid— otherwise the credit card is solely used to reserve your spot and will only be charged in the event of a no-show or missed reservation.

Reservations can only be made online.  Phone reservations are NOT accepted for credit card security purposes. If you need assistance in booking a tee time, please call 303-762-2670.

All guests may book up to 7 tee times online, up to 8 days in advance, starting at 7:30 am by booking online (click the links below). For groups of 32+ please see our Tournament Information Page on the website for details. Guests can book 9 – 14 days in advance for $10 per player or 15 – 30 days in advance for $20 per player. Advance booking fees are paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable – regardless of time of cancellation.
