Englewood's central location makes the area a natural transportation hub. Englewood's location offers easy access and transportation variety, and is served by major highways, light rail, and heavy rail that meet the needs of business and residential communities. 

Highway Access  US Highway 285/Hampden Avenue, US 85/Santa Fe Drive and Broadway provide fast and easy access to Englewood's commercial, retail and industrial areas.  Interstate 70, less than 10 miles away, and Interstate 25, less than 4 miles away, offer highway access.


 New Englewood Trolley Design

Free Circulator Trolley  The City of Englewood provides a free circulator trolley. The Englewood Trolley connects the community from CityCenter Englewood through downtown and the medical complexes. The free trolley is the result of a partnership with the Regional Transportation District and the City of Englewood.


Broadway northboundLight Rail  The Regional Transportation District's (RTD) light rail system offers quick and easy access to cultural, educational, entertainment, recreational, and business activities along the Santa Fe corridor. Englewood has light rail stops at Englewood Civic Center and the Oxford Station. 

Air Travel  Denver International Airport, a hub for passenger and cargo aviation, is 30 miles from Englewood. Centennial Airport, 12 miles from Englewood, provides services for corporate and private air travelers. The ease of air travel expands both business and recreational opportunities in the Rocky Mountain Region.

RTD BusFreight  Three rail lines bisect the Englewood commercial district, adding value to commercial enterprises. Business entities benefit from the availability of over 150 trucking companies that service Englewood.

Bus Service  Englewood's public bus service is provided by the Regional Transportation District (RTD). TNM&O (Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma), a subsidiary of Greyhound, also provides regional bus service with a station operating out of central Englewood.
