  • Develop and implement comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan.

  • Develop a comprehensive asset management program to ensure maintenance and replacement of planning for city buildings.

  • Investigate EV-ready, PV-ready, and electric-reading wiring amendments as part of the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code.

  • Measure, track, and reduce carbon emissions from city-owned, residential and commercial buildings of Englewood.*

    • * Greenhouse gas inventory is conducted every 2-3 years. The next inventory will be in 2025.
  • Assist homeowners with the removal of lead pipes.

  • Evaluate financial model supporting sustainability and infrastructure and communicate necessary alternatives, if applicable.

  • Explore reducing wait list for residential E3 program by supplementing CDBG funds with General Fund dollars to the extent allowed by federal guidelines.
