How can I get a copy of the Recreation Activities Guide?

Answer: The Englewood Citizen Magazine and Recreation Guide is published four times a year.  The Recreation Guide contains all the details on upcoming recreation classes and events and is mailed to all Englewood residents. If you are a non-resident and would like to get on the mailing list, please email your mailing address to recreation@englewoodco.gov or call 303-762-2680. They are also available online, and you can pick one up at many city facilities: 

• Englewood Recreation Center, 1155 W. Oxford Avenue
• Englewood Civic Center, 1000 Englewood Parkway
• Englewood Public Library, 1000 Englewood Parkway
• Malley Recreation Center, 3380 S. Lincoln Street

Can I register for recreation classes online?

What is your refund policy?

Englewood Recreation Center and Malley Recreation Center Cancellation Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in an activity are subject to the following terms:

• Canceling an activity forfeits the participant’s reserved spot.
• Cancellation requests submitted less than 7 days prior to the activity start date, or after the deadline specified in the activity guide, will result in forfeiture of the full enrollment fee. No refund will be issued.
• Cancelation requests submitted 7 or more days prior to the activity start date or prior to registration deadline will receive a refund minus a $5.00 administrative processing fee.
• Refunds will be applied to the original payment method, unless the original payment method is cash or no longer valid, a check will be issued to the address on file within 15 days business days.
• If a class is canceled by the Recreation Department, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

This policy applies to all program registrations unless otherwise stated in the activity guide.
