Englewood is a thriving city of approximately 30,000 residents, and partnering with us offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with this vibrant community, as well as visitors and fellow businesses.

Vendor Application Information:
After completing your application with all required paperwork and receiving approval, you will receive a payment invoice. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a receipt along with additional details about the event(s) you’re registered for.
How much does it cost to be a vendor?
Event fees will depend on the events you select on your application. Fees are listed on the application. A payment link will be sent to you that will include the application fee and the event fee(s). Once payment is received you will receive a payment receipt and additional information for the event(s) you are signed up for.

What do I have to submit?
Business Vendors
- City of Englewood Event Vendor Application
- City of Englewood Sales Tax License if selling tangible product or service at event. Apply for license here.
- A Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured is Required ONLY if Providing the Following:
- Personal Services (ex: massage, waxing, kickboxing, karate, haircuts)
- Inflatable or hands-on obstacles (ex: bouncy castle, bungee bounce, carnival ride)
- On-site food prep/Food prepared for immediate consumption (ex: popping popcorn, cotton candy, roasting peanuts)
Food Trucks or Vendors
- City of Englewood Event Vendor Application
- City of Englewood Sales Tax License. Apply for license here.
- Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured
- Arapahoe County Health Department Certificate
- Englewood Fire Inspection Permit, Denver Fire Inspection Permit or any Fire Marshals Association of Colorado (FMAC) participating Agency. Learn more about FMAC here.
- Special Event License Number (if assigned from prior year event participation)
*Food trucks please schedule an inspection with the Fire Marshal's Office at least 21 days prior to the event. Call 303-762-2473 to schedule the inspection.
Non-Profit Vendors
- City of Englewood Event Vendor Application
- Copy of 501c3 Certificate of Exception for Colorado State Sales Tax

A Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured is Required ONLY if Providing the Following:
