Questions regarding employment with the City of Englewood

Where can I pick up an application for employment with the City of Englewood?
Answer:  The City of Englewood has transitioned from paper applications to online employment applications only. 
What is the process once an application is submitted?
Answer:   After a position closes, the Human Resources Department reviews applications for minimum qualifications. These applications are forwarded to the hiring authority of the position who will determine which applicants best meet the department’s needs. These candidates will be contacted to participate in the evaluation process. The status of a position can be found on the website.
Where can I go for general employment assistance?

Answer:  The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment has information available on its website (outside link) regarding unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, labor law inquiries, and more.  The Department can be reached by phone at 303-318-8000.
