Commander Kelly Martin

Since joining the Englewood Police Department in 1992, Commander Martin has served in a variety of assignments both in patrol and investigations.  He is committed to providing quality law enforcement and the prevention of crime through problem solving and community relationships.

The Patrol Division provides 24 hour a day police service responding to emergency and non-emergency calls. 

Traffic Enforcement Team 

Traffic officers and an abandoned vehicle officer provide traffic, parking and abandoned vehicle enforcement

Zone Policing Program

Officers assigned to the Zone Policing Program work specifically identified areas in the city that are experiencing high calls for service and/or continuous chronic problems in an effort to reduce and ultimately eliminate ongoing problems.  

School Resource Officer Program

The School Resource Officer investigates events on and off campus, gathers information about school security and works with Englewood schools and other law enforcement agencies to keep current with school trends.
