Parking citations may be paid online Pay Here, by mail, or at the violations' bureau counter during regular business hours. Fines for the ordinance violations are listed on the front of the parking ticket and will be visible online. Payments not received within 14 days, including weekends and holidays, are subject to an additional late charge. The fine schedule lists the amount due for the individual ordinances, and additional late charges. Please do not send cash. Send a check or money order for the total amount due.

If you feel that the ticket was issued in error, or that there are extenuating circumstances, you may appeal the parking citation. All appeals are handled in writing.

You can download a Parking Appeal Form (PDF file), fill it out, and mail it to the address on the form or email your appeal to .  You may also just send a letter by mail/email or come into our office during business hours and fill out one of our forms. It will be given to a parking referee who will determine whether the ticket will be upheld or dismissed. You will be notified by regular mail regarding the referee's ruling. Make sure to include your name, mailing address, and phone number in your appeal. Should you disagree with the referee's ruling, you have the option of entering a formal "not guilty" plea and setting the matter down for Court. Be aware that if you choose to take the matter to Court, there may be additional Court costs assessed. Appeals may also be faxed to 303-762-2480 or emailed to:
