Enroll in Online & Auto Payments

Our customer payment portal will also allow you to sign up for automated payments and online billing (to go paper-free). Instructions are included below.

Enroll in Auto-Pay

Navigate to the left-hand side of the dashboard screen and select Bills and Payments. Enroll in auto pay under the Auto Pay tab.

Select Add Schedule at the bottom of the screen.

You will then be prompted to select your account, and press Continue.

Next, select Add New under the payment method section.

Here you have a variety of payment options to choose from – E Check, Debit, Credit, or a digital wallet. From here, continue on to add your payment information by following the prompts provided.

 


Enroll in Paperless Billing

Navigate to the left-hand side of the dashboard screen and select Bills and Payments. Enroll in paperless billing by selecting the Paperless tab on the top menu.

To view your paperless billing status, navigate to the toggled button on the left side that is called Paperless. Toggle the button to your desired setting. You then will have the option to opt into email notifications for billing, and press Confirm. You can easily opt back in or out of paperless billing by pressing the toggle button.
