Once sign up is completed, go to the login screen at myutilities.englewoodco.gov and enter your username and password and click Log In to enter the portal.

You now have access to your customer dashboard where you can locate a variety of information. You can view your account details, recent account activity and view your water consumption.

To make a payment, navigate to the left-hand side of the dashboard screen and select Bills and Payments. Here, you can view current and previous bills under the My Bills tab. You can pay your most recent bill by navigating to the Pay My Bill tab. You also have the option to enroll in auto pay under the Auto Pay tab.
The menu on the left-hand side has more options to improve your experience. You can view your recent transactions by navigating to the left-hand side menu and selecting Transactions. You can analyze your water usage by selecting the Billed Usage button.
You can compare your water usage over time by selecting the Compare button. Here, you have the option to compare to your last bill or compare over the years by selecting your preferred view.
Finally, you can view or edit your account by selecting the Profile button. Here you can edit your email, name, security question, or your password. Once you have made your desired changes, be sure to select the blue Update Profile button at the bottom of the screen.
