Your utility bill includes the following design features to help you better understand your water consumption:
- A 13-month water usage graph.
- A detailed breakdown of your water consumption, showing total gallons used, the number of billing period days, and your average daily usage.
These updates are designed to make it easier for you to track and manage your water use over time.
If you're registered on the Customer Portal, you can also access your past bills in this updated format. This convenient feature allows you to monitor and compare your usage history with ease.

Online & Auto Payment Options
Utility bill payments can be made online, and customers can set up auto-payment options.
Payments can also be made:
- By phone at 303-783-6930
- By mail to City of Englewood, P.O. Box 1627, Englewood, CO 80150-1627
- In person at the Englewood Civic Center

Assistance Programs are available for qualifying customers experiencing difficulty paying their utility bill due to financial hardship.
