You will be able to accept any stated offer online that does not include the requirement of attending a traffic school course. If you wish to take an offer that requires traffic school attendance, you will need to contact the court office.
- If you do not see a plea offer or decide to not accept any of the offers posted, you will need to come into the court office in order to enter a not guilty plea and set the matter for a hearing.
- All parking tickets are payable online. You will need your ticket number and/or license plate number in order to access the correct ticket.
- Appealing a parking ticket. If you feel the parking ticket was issued in error, you may file a written appeal. All appeals are handled in writing. You can complete the Parking Appeal Form and click submit for your appeal to be sent to the Municipal Court. Appeals will be given to a parking referee who will determine whether the ticket will be upheld or dismissed. You will be notified either by regular mail or email regarding the referee's ruling. You MUST include your name, mailing address, and phone number in your appeal.
