New Online System 

The City of Englewood is transitioning from the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System to a new solicitation solution for all future solicitation opportunities and awards.

Starting February 10, 2025, all vendors and interested parties will be required to register through our new system to view and respond to City of Englewood solicitation opportunities.

About Solicitation Opportunities & Awards System

The City of Englewood uses a solicitation notification system to post solicitation, quotes, construction notices, addendums, and awards. This centralized solicitation and registration system provides quicker solicitation information, less paperwork, and simplifies the process, saving time and money for the city and vendors.
