Garages, storage sheds, and accessory structures are considered non-principal structures and are permitted for storage.  They may not be used for living quarters.  Each property is allowed two minor structures.

• Maximum of 200 square feet
• Zoning Site Plan review required
• No building permit required

• Maximum of 1,000 square feet for all garages and carports
• Building permit required.
