Ordinance 6, 2025, consolidates specific city employee pension and retirement boards into a single oversight body, to be known as the Englewood Retirement Pension Plan Board.  

Englewood's Retirement Pension Plan Board administers pension plans and is responsible for the accountability of pension operations for the City of Englewood's General Services personnel.

Englewood's Retirement Pension Plan Board  meets the 2nd Tuesday of February, May, August and November at 3:30 p.m. at Englewood Civic Center, 1000 Englewood Pkwy, Englewood, CO.
