Englewood Utilities recently experienced an error in the utility billing system that caused some customer bills to be delayed. The issue has been resolved, and all bills are now being delivered. 

To assist customers affected by the delay, the grace period for December utility bills has been extended by two weeks. Payments made during this extended grace period will not incur penalties.
