Seth Brown is the first Affordable Housing Program Manager for the City of Englewood, where he collaborates with local partners, regional housing organizations, and city departments to advance thoughtful, community-focused housing solutions.  His background as a licensed civil engineer includes site development and the hands-on work of helping affordable and workforce housing projects move from early design into construction.  He’s collaborated with designers, planners, and housing partners to design sites, navigate approvals, and ensure projects have the infrastructure needed to serve the community well.

Earlier in his career, Seth worked on community development and infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia – an experience that reinforced his belief in designing places where people can thrive.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and an Executive Certificate in Affordable Housing from the University of Denver.

Seth is passionate about expanding access to attainable housing and building strong partnerships that help Englewood remain a place where families can put down roots and thrive.
