Short Term Rental Update

Post Date:03/23/2020 9:11 AM

On February 18, 2020,  City Council approved allowing short term rentals in Englewood, with certain conditions.  The two Ordinances become effective April 1, however, in the interest of protecting the health of Englewood residents and City of Englewood staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, acceptance and processing of applications for short term rental licenses, and the required residential inspections, will be delayed until Colorado health officials determine the Denver area is cleared for the resumption of regular daily activities.

The approved regulations and more information can be found at https://www.englewoodco.gov/government/city-departments/community-development/short-term-rentals
