Paving and Street Closing Notice
Metro Pavers has been contracted by Xcel Energy to complete a project that requires closure and paving of several streets in Englewood starting this week. Streets that will be affected will be parts of S. Humboldt St., S. Franklin St., S Gilpin St., S. Williams St., and E. Floyd Ave. To see the dates and exact locations of the project and closures, visit this link. REMOVAL OF ASPHALT 10/24-10/26
Metro Pavers will be milling the street in front of your residence. Due to this, please be mindful of your surroundings. During milling there will be limited access. Visit this link to view the map for work area and road closure location.
ASPHALT PAVING 10/29-11/1
Metro Pavers will be repaving the road with new asphalt. During this time there will be NO access.
WHAT METRO PAVERS WILL NEED FROM YOU
-Please have all outside sprinklers turned off the night before work starts.
-Please have all cars parked at least 50 feet away from the work area by 7:00 A.M. the day of work. If a vehicle is in the work area, it may be towed to the end of the work area at the vehicle owners expense.
-Please do not attempt to drive on a road that is coned off or that appears to be closed. This may cause damage to your vehicle and the new road that may still be curing.

Q: When will we be able to drive in the work area?
A: You will be able to drive on the removed/repaved road at the end of the work day when work crews have left.
Q: What will we do on trash day?
A: Trash serviced will not be interrupted.
Q: How will we get our mail or package deliveries?
A: You will receive mail and packages as normal.
Q: How will this affect emergency vehicles?
A: Emergency vehicles will be able to access any home as needed at any time.
