Join the Utilities Department for Breakfast with Your Bill, a casual Q&A session where you can sit down with the team to ask questions and learn more about your bill, water rates and fees, shut-offs and AMI meters, and how to sign up for online billing and auto-pay. A complimentary continental breakfast will be served.

We'll have clearly marked stations for general billing questions, AMI information and portal signup assistance. A kiosk-mode laptop will be available for anyone wanting to sign up for the billing portal. Please bring a smartphone, tablet or other device to access your personal email. This is required to complete the identity verification and two-factor authentication process during signup.
